An ai-ministries.com project

Make the Internet
Free Again.

A free, no-tracking add-on that flags the gated web — and the free web — right in your search results. A community map of what's open. And a directory of tools we built free. No paywall, no upsell, no watching you.

No paywall, no upsell

We never gate the answer behind a payment or sell your data. When an app asks you to sign in, it's only to protect your account — never to harvest it.

We don't watch you

The add-on reads a page's address only to score it — kept nowhere, sent nowhere but our own list. Free like the internet was meant to be.

Honest about money

When info isn't enough, we point you to a real professional. If a link ever earns us a commission, we say so plainly — right where it sits.

The browser add-on

See the gates before you click.

It paints a badge right onto your Google & Bing results and colors the toolbar for the site you're on — so you spot what's free and what'll wall you off, before you waste a click.

✓ Free open, on our list ✓ Found Free vouched by people ⚑ Gated reported for walls no badge — not rated yet
Install in 4 steps — about a minute
  1. Unzip the download somewhere you'll keep it — Chrome runs the add-on from that folder, so don't delete it.
  2. Open a new tab and go to chrome://extensions (paste that into the address bar).
  3. Turn on Developer mode (toggle, top-right corner).
  4. Click Load unpacked, pick the unzipped folder, and you're set. Right-click the icon to vouch or report any site.

Works in Chrome and other Chromium browsers like Brave.

No install? Drag a one-click button to your bookmarks bar and use it on any site: ✓ Found Free ⚑ Gate Bust

The map

What's free, what gates you — live.

Vouch for a site that's genuinely free, or call out one that walls you. Anonymous — we keep the report, never the reporter. The map grows itself.

What should we free next?

Is there something you keep hitting a paywall, a signup, or an upsell for — information that should just be out there? Name it. We free as much as we can.

For info that's just locked up, we rewrite it free in our own words — and build plenty of our own, too.

Got it. 🌱

Thanks — that's on the list. The more people ask for the same thing, the sooner it gets built.

Straight answers

FAQ

No fine print. Here's exactly how this works and what it does with your data.

Is it really free? What's the catch?
Yes. There's no payment, no upsell, and nothing about you is sold. Most of what's listed is original work we built and gave away; the rest is gated info rewritten free in plain English. We make nothing off you using it.
Do you track me or sell my data?
No. The add-on reads a page's domain only, to score it — it's not stored and it's not sent anywhere but our own free/gated list. No history, no profile, no ad tech. Reports are anonymous: we keep the report, never the reporter (no IP touches disk).
Why does the add-on ask to "read my browsing history"?
That's Chrome's wording for letting it see the address of the tab you're on — which it needs to color the icon for the current site. We only take the domain from it, score it, and forget it. We never build a history. You can mute it any time from the icon's right-click menu, or hide it on a specific site.
What do the badges mean?
✓ Free = open and on our reviewed list. ✓ Found Free = vouched free by the community. ⚑ Gated = reported for paywalls, data-harvest signups, or nag-walls. No badge = nobody's rated it yet — vouch it or bust it.
How does a site get on the "free" list?
Our reviewed list is sites that fit the mold: free, no paywall, no upsell, doesn't sell your data. Beyond that, anyone can vouch for a free site or report a gated one, and the community map fills in. More vouches than gripes shows green; more gripes shows red.
I run a site and it got reported — what now?
Reports are a community signal, not a verdict. If your site's genuinely open, vouches will outweigh it. If we list a site and it starts collecting gate reports, that flags it for us to re-check so our own list stays honest.
What are the APK, AFFILIATE, and BYO KEY badges?
APK = the site offers an Android download. AFFILIATE = a link there may earn us a commission, disclosed plainly. BYO KEY = the app is free, but an AI feature runs on a third-party service and needs your own API key.
Is the add-on in the Chrome Web Store?
You install it straight from here — download, unzip, and load it in chrome://extensions with Developer mode on. It's the full, working add-on.
